He looks and sees

As we awaken, 
God receives all that was given

In Divine Romance
we are seen –
again

And in that seeing, 
we enter the eternal moment

For God,
there is no past,
no future

Only the present —
blessed, holy and whole

And so we are always
planting the Garden
of Eden in the living present
