The Soul’s reflection

Is found in prayer —
in meditation —
in study —
in nature —

it’s essence becomes evident
when we seek it
in how we walk.

When we pay attention
beginning to see and realize
this is the only you.

Its who you are meant to be
and why we came forth
from Creation in the first place .
