Sh’ma Yisrael, Adonai Eloheinu, Adonai Echad!

Hear, O Israel, Adonai is our God, Adonai is One!

Baruch Shem Kavod Malchuto L'Olam Va'ed

Blessed is the Name of G-d’s Glorious Kingdom for ever and ever. 

Paying attention to the hearts longing, to the souls seeking;
Bow to the mystery of the One, to the mystery of the call
Bow to the wisdom of the still small voice
Bow to the wonder of the Light
Bowing to what is greater than the self
“ I am Beautifully overwhelmed and forever, can never go back”
