Branches of Quiet Faith
The trees are filled
with souls in waiting.
Holding one another in quiet faith,
sitting within their calm,
roots hidden from sight —
Their leaves not yet spoken,
waiting
for branches to awaken into spring.
In silence
we meet the fathers
and sit beside the mothers.
We walk forward
through their echoes,
our roots deepening
in unseen soil.
The tree gathers everything —
the hidden pieces,
the struggles,
the fragments once feared
and slowly learned to love.
This is the path:
to know life whole —
its wounds,
its joys.
And to remember
we are branches
of the same living tree,
grown
from God’s love.
