Looking for comfort and peace,
taking time to retreat.
In the quiet, in the silence—
the ancestors gather—
“What a beautiful ride it has been,”
they said to me,
“All is as it should be.”
Riding the Peace Train
I was born on Simchat Torah in 1953.
On the Hebrew calendar this year my birthday is again on Simchat Torah.
Hashem has had it in for me for 73 years, alway renewing, always new beginnings!
May the New Year bringing you blessings of Peace and Joy!
