Monkey Mind I

The potency of
Our potentiality
To know the One 
Lies within the framework 
Of our existence

When the monkey mind becomes
Willing to reach down into 
The majesty of our being 
A doorway opens for the dormant 
Self to rise up into higher realms
Of existence 

There the intellect can no longer
Live just in the mundane 
As it becomes One
With all that Is,
Leaving the monkey mind
Behind to live in the Divine
