Without Judgement *

* Realizing I could not give a friend what he wanted I left the conversation knowing what was true for me, without judgement. Upon leaving that meeting the words “Quiet Mind” came to me. Those words keep rising up in me lessening the ego minds thinking. They have taken me deeper into the quiet I did not know I longed for. Thank you for that interaction and the blessings that have come.
