Into the wilderness

Into the wilderness, the silence hums.
My feet are silent in their walk.
The soul envelopes me
in the rise and fall
of my breath.
Beauty is revealed.

In this moment, the Shekinah
the feminine presence at the core
of our being — becomes known.

The heart smiles.
Night descends.
I am at peace.
