aches, pains, struggles, 
all our angst, all our stress, 
mental anguish, anger, fighting
all a part of the whole
loving kindness, blessing self
to the higher aspects of the soul
all our love, all our goals
all our joy, all our grace
all a part of the whole
all mirrors to the soul 
all are blessed
